This luxurious three-star property in Batangas is located in the tip of the Calumpang Peninsula, about two-and-a-half hours from Manila. The resort features a salt-water pool and two other swimming pools with a water slide. Anyone interested in a diving trip can utilize the guidance of the resort staff at the dive shop. Guests will also find a restaurant and bar, gift shop and games room. A function room is available and a number of activities can be organized by the resort, including kayaking, snorkeling, jet skiing and visits to a butterfly park and nearby islands.

Named after the white-hooded kites that play and hunt in the area, Eagle Point Resort nestles on the tip of the Calumpang Peninsula in Mabini, Batangas Province, about two and a half hours from Metro Manila. Once a privately-owned vacation villa and dive camp, the property is now the premier resort in the Anilao-Mabini area.

It is specifically located in Barrio Bagalangit (literally translated, "almost heaven"), a spot famous for its crystal waters, abundant coral reefs, and luxuriant sea life. The resort is strategically situated for scuba diving and snorkeling, since the tip of the peninsula in the lower mouth of Balayan Bay is a protected marine sanctuary. Also, the area is dotted with small islands which can be easily reached from the resort. Eagle Point Resort sits in the middle of a network of 30 dive spots bursting with life and blessed with clear visibility. Diving is possible throughout the year. Plankton rides the currents that frequently flow into the bay, guaranteeing the abundance and variety of marine life. While diving in front of the resort, a visiting German marine biologist commented that he found a greater variety of fish within 100 square meters here than in all of the Great Barrier Reef. A team of UK marine biologists confirmed that there are more than 250 coral species in this area, more than anywhere else in the world. Nowhere else within five hours' driving distance from Manila can one find a kaleidoscope of creatures in such pristine water.

Because coral reefs are the basis for all sea life, Eagle Point Resort is an active supporter of organizations committed to their preservation. The resort actively participates in efforts that not only seek to increase awareness for their conservation and protection but also to ensure their propagation. Among these is the use of mooring buoys at the different dive spots where boats can be secured in lieu of dropping anchor on the coral reef. The resort also takes an active role in discouraging the use of dynamite and cyanide fishing.
